Gifts given during RISE support our overall goal of helping youth reach their full potential as we know that well-supported, educated, and resilient youth are integral to the future of society. Studies have shown that employment positively contributes to one’s sense of identity and earning potential by providing opportunities to connect with others and develop the skills needed to contribute to society.
Funds raised support the leadership development program as we:
Provide volunteer and employment opportunities year-round for leaders to serve in our AfterSchool Program, March Break, and Summer camps.
Provide experiential leadership development training opportunities through excursions, retreats, and professionally led workshops on career pathways, communication, time management, financial management, and goal setting.
